The program manager will assist with various responsibilities related to the mission to join the family assistance financial and sincere support to the families, fight against cancer. It is:
* Manages the daily communications and relations with the social workers of the hospital and support
* Screening and processing incoming applications grants social workers of the hospital and the provision of financial assistance
* Screening and handle communications with the families who contact the family reach directly for assistance
* Working closely with the Coordinator of the family and personal development to support various initiatives and events involving partners hospitals.
* Assist the Coordinator of the family in the identification and coordination of the families of comments for special events and other development initiatives
* Coordination and execution of the event on a small scale on crafts and games for families to partner hospitals
* Search for community resources and advocacy and other services of navigation to families
* Assistance to the research, compilation and organization of information on community resources
* Assistance with special projects as needed.
Job requirements: MSW strongly preferred. Candidates should have the sensitivity to children and adults with cancer and their families, excellent oral and written communication and initiation skills computer with a working knowledge of Word and Excel. It is preferable to one to two years of social work experience. Medical social work experience a plus. Young graduates welcome also apply.
